We are the main contact for all of your vendors to ensure everything will be in place and will be there on your wedding day to make sure absolutely everything is going according to plan. At Keith Watson Events, our passion is to create memorable experiences. Our first wedding consultation is complementary and is our opportunity to get to know each other. We will talk through your dreams and get to know your style, as well as explain our process. When you decide to make your dreams come true (by booking Keith Watson Events for your wedding!), we can get started! At this point, a $500 non-refundable design fee is required to secure your wedding date and begin the process of designing your wedding (this fee will be applied to your balance). Once we have received this, we can begin to schedule your design meeting! What is a design meeting? Keep reading!
This is the fun part! At your personalized design meeting, we are going to dive in deep. We want to hear and see EVERYTHING you have gathered at this point: from swatches of colors and textures, Pinterest boards for inspiration of theme, floral, and decor, to any currently booked vendors. Once we have a complete understanding of your dream wedding, we take all of this information to the drawing board. Your expert event designer will then begin the design process! Our event planner team and floral designer collaborate to create a cohesive design. The design process typically takes 4-6 weeks. What happens next?
The moment has finally arrived for your design presentation. At your design presentation, we will present the proposal to you, as well as set up a display of key elements in your wedding decor. This is your opportunity to touch, feel, and explore the details of your wedding design. We want you to love every aspect of your wedding decor, so we talk through each line item and listen to your feedback. Once you are satisfied with the overall look and feel of the proposal, a 50% down payment is due at this time. Rest assured, you are still able to make changes to your proposal up until 2 weeks out from your wedding day. If you decide to add on wedding coordination services, we will go over your timeline and all other fine details for the day of your wedding. At this point, we are giving you a rough sketch before finalizing your timeline.
(Coordination Brides Only) About a month before your wedding day, your wedding planner will meet with you to go over all the details one last time. At this meeting, we are finalizing all contracts, timelines, and will discuss any concerns you may have. The remaining balance will be due at this time.

(Coordination Brides Only) On the day of your wedding, your wedding planners will oversee the wedding decor set up, as well as ensure that everything is going according to your timeline and preferences. Throughout the entire day, your wedding planner will direct you through every moment, as well as eliminate any unexpected issues that may arise. At the end of the night, we will pack all personal items and gifts safely in your area of choice. All you have to worry about is heading to your honeymoon!
Design-Only Bride? Don't worry! We will be setting up and breaking down all Keith Watson Events decor for your wedding on the day-of!
If you have already contracted with vendors, this package is for you. We are here to ensure that everything runs according to plan on the day-of your wedding. Please note, timeline services begin approximately 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
