Planning Your Event

*Investments begin at $3,000. This minimum applies to in-house decor, linen, etc.
rented through Keith Watson Events, as well as personal florals and centerpiece arrangements.

Step 1 -Let's Get Started!

At Keith Watson Events, our passion is to make your next corporate or social event an experience you will never forget. Our first complementary consultation is our opportunity to get to know you, gather details about your event, explain our process, and answer any questions you may have. Once you have chosen Keith Watson Events, we will schedule a design meeting in order to immerse ourselves in your event. We will then collect a $250 non-refundable design fee (applied to your total balance) to secure your event date and begin the design process.

Step 2 - Details

For the initial design meeting, we want to hear and see everything you have at this point. We will discuss your inspiration for theme, florals, and décor. If you have any photos or swatches, please bring them with you. Following the meeting, we will schedule a date for a design presentation where we will provide you with the proposal. Our Event Coordinators and Floral Designer will collaborate on your event using the information gathered from the design meeting. The standard design process typically takes 4-8 weeks.

Step 3 - Presentation

It's time to present the design proposal! This is when we introduce you to the custom design we have created for your event. We want you to love every aspect and provide feedback. Once you are satisfied with the overall look and feel, we collect a 50% deposit.

Step 4 - Final Review

We want your event to be an experience you will treasure. We will contact you 3-4 weeks prior to your event to finalize all details, review numbers, and discuss any concerns you may have. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your event!
